Have any of you all heard of Cleos VIP Room casino? They have GREAT games. I made my first deposit there. But I am writing this because they offer a free $20 and $50 via facebook. I have never seen these games before.

I am adding a personal note to this thread because I am VERY concerned about anyone thinking this place is legit because it is NOT! I have done a bit of poking around and many I have chatted with in the industry has told me
this is NOT a place to recommend anyone to deal with! They are not legit folks, some may have been able to get a cash out but the majority of folks are ripped off!

They are a US based casino which I think is great but I would love to hear feedback and hopefully you will sponsor them!

They are not a legal US casino!

There is NO such animal as a LEGAL US based online casino. If you read the fine print (hope you did) you'll see some crap.about the funds to pay players being provided by "sponsors" and is limited to $10m in total......and given you are a high roller, what happens if you hit big and they've already reached their limit? You lose.

The whole idea of being paid in prize credits could be another con. No doubt the prices are inflated, so you would be getting much less value for what is essentially your money.

Add to that what could be dodgy software.

Waaaaay too many red flags.

This is just one of many quotes I found online at another forum.. Not to mention other complaints about the software bugging up etc..
Please be aware there are always some sort of crooks that will pop up on FB and claim to be legit! DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE

My wife plays here and has cashed out for $1500.00 and received the check. She also has another payout in the works for $750.00. We have had a very good experience with them and continue to play there.

I have played at Cleos for a while now and have given the site several thousand dollars. I have never seen any win of more than a few hundred dollars. The excuse live support gives me is that I am just unlucky. I do not believe any fair site would have a loyal player deposit so much and yet never return any money back. I deposit 50 or 100 at a time so a win of 100 cashable is no win. I do not believe any player would deposit 100 to win 100. They live support people say that it is okay if I have never won I can get stuff at the V.S. store but the trinkets there are really not worth much and besides it takes a lot of V.S. credits to get anything of real value. I do have my entire play history as proof of how unfair this site is and would be happy to help others understand just how unfair this site is.

The games are great; but the company is disreputable. They owe me $1000's and after I cashed out, waited the required time, the payment request was sent to another department. They promised to pay in 12 days and that has passed. Multiple e-mails from various support folks tell me there is a "problem with their payment department" (First sign if trouble). The messages are always the same- don't worry, the payment is being processed; but we can't release it until you get a tracking number. So after winning a month ago, no pay, just promises. If they were upstanding they would probably make out great; building loyalty and a clientele. Imagine any casino that wont pay it's winners. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Repeated attempts to speak to a manager are deflected the conversation deteriorates to canned repeated comments!!!!! Hope this helps others. Sad, with CLEO's, even when you win you LOSE!!!!

my husband was recently ripped off for 2000 here at cleos vip room people please stay away it is very true play only for fun do not deposit here ever told him he was using multiple bonuses when i know for sure that was his first time ever playing there scam artist need to be in jail fraudulent 100%
