Got the same email but it said it was for an RTG casino and then when i clicked on the link took me to spin palace. Still the got bonus without any problems though at palace.

Exactly. When you get these kinds of emails please ignore them! They are sneaky affiliates that have bought an email list from some rogue casino. They then give you a link to go to for a free chip. If you use it and have problems, who can you then turn to for help? You have used their banner to download (but who are they?)
