Considering that this year I've dropped over $35,000US & I'm a VIP to boot. You'd think I'd have received something, well not even a card, not even an email wishing me Merry Christmas. Cashins amount to $8K and probably $4K of that ended up back in the CasinoShare coffers.

When it hit Christmas and nothing from them I went to live chat and told them to close the account. I'll take my cash elsewhere.

Honestly yeah it would get me upset a leave me very cranky.

Yes I'm feel very dejected right now & can not fathom why they didn't give me something. Of course that something would have to be at least $100 bucks (preferably with no WR) but of course now I'm only dreaming.

Hi,

Well after I cracked the dark and nasties for a few days I decided to contact my VIP manager via email. When she didn't respond I contacted live support and the floor manager phoned her for me.

Bottom line, some one at CS who was in charge of sending presents and bonus to VIP players somehow stuffed up my Santa order.

So I was in fact on the chrissy list.

Well I got $100 comp and I've been told a chrissy present is going to be on it's way and Lilani my VIP host is going to wrap and send it personally.

So everything has turned out ok.

Now I feel like a moron.
