Has anyone else been blocked i tried logging in to royaljoker using my intertops id and got a reference code to contact support and royal joker has blocked my account and was told my support there was nothing they could do about it i've been at intertops for years. Same thing happened to me this morning when I tried to log into Royal Joker and Intertops. Support told me the same thing too! I was just playing at both casinos before I went to bed last night too!

Gage I had that same thing happen to me at Intertops.. I contacted support via phone gave them the reference code
What happened is.. I was at a friends house with my laptop and the IP address from her IE was showing she was in a banned state.. even though we live in the same town. ( I think it may happen with IP addressess that are recycled. ) and since she has Media Com and that is in more then one state.. it showed I was logging in from Illinois
Anway when I told them that I still lived in the same place was logged in from a valid state.. they had me send in my photo id again and or course utilty bill to verify address and all that and then they had Microgaming unblock me... took about a week.. but I can now go to her house and play if I choose..
That may be the same thing that is happening here..
