Am pretty displeased with casino rewards as they sent a lot of mail out to people during the holidays for free money and got none. It would be understandable if never deposited there or even deposited only a few times during the year last year, but am a regular depositor! And now they are giving money out to those that haven't played in a long time???? Well guess will have to wait A LONG TIME to get mine, but their not getting any more money of mine for sure... it was a real kick in the teeth to be treated this way!

I think they were doing player retention and trying to get those that don't play often to come back. Please come and enter our contest in the contest room with Casino Rewards we have these for the depositors so they can have an extra thank you from us when they don't get chips from the casinos

im with you on this, it seems like a screw you, to the regular depositers that are loyal . i guess it just isnt worth being a loyal customer to casino rewards, and even the jackpot factory group

Vixen's right, it was for player retention, but you guys have a GREAT chance to win at the contests here if you're already depeositing there! Go for it!!

Player retention would be great, but seems as though they dont want me back. LOL I haven't played there in like 4 months and have been checking alot and never a thing. I used to get the emails when I first signed up 3 years ago and now jack squat. Reason is when I did deposit reguraly, couldn't even get a little something back.

BUT, this group of casinos are a very good group! They just dont like me. LOL Oh well, I have many other places to spend my money. So, my complaining has ended, and yes I would go back and play at casino rewards group.
