I didn't get an email telling me so go check your accounts.

I know everyone loves casinorewards I used to love to play there and got 120.000 points to redeem, only..i cannot redeem them, I get a message We regret to inform you that your use of promotional chips has been temporarily suspended.

Unfortunately, due to promotional abuse in the past, the casino has been forced to take precautionary steps to ensure that players do not take advantage of promotional offers without ever risking their own funds.

So, I deposited another 100 euro and even more, still i'm not able to claim my points. So, thats it for me, I'm done with casino rewards :-(

That's BS, man! You think they'd get a clue and reward the bonuses, i.e. let you cash them in. Otherwise, what the hell are they for? What kind of rewards program shows you what bonus YOU HAVE EARNED (obviously from choosing to deposit with them vs. all the other casinos out there vying for our business) but YOU CAN'T HAVE?! It's absurd! Unless they wise up and stop being so tight with honoring customer rewards points, they'll soon find out that their intended "incentive" program for our continued patronage ends up being the exact opposite--a deterrent for us to play at their casinos. That would be a BIG MISTAKE...HUGE! Pretty smart marketing & promotion strategy of theirs, don't you think? NOT!! I just wanted to voice my dissatisfaction and let you know I feel your pain. I hope they resolve the matter and award you EXTRA BONUS POINTS just for the frustration and inconvenience they have caused you. If they were smart, they would do just that...and then all would be forgiven. Good luck.

aranjos don't give up hope! It happened to me as well and it all worked out in the end. They will release the hold on your bonus and when they do, show them and cash out big.

I have had my points there locked as well but it was due to an error on my part as I had a roomate also sign up with the same home address even though it was on a different pc but was able to just give them a call and they worked with me to get it handled asap. Of all the Microgaming sites I like The Rewards sites the best have you noticed that they are the only group that hasn't changed there loyalty rules all there sites are still setup as 10$ spent is 1 reward point unlike every other that I know of that has changed to outrageous amounts alot of Micro's now have rules for loyalty point accumulation like every 500$ spent on video poker is worth 1 point and that sucks rocks!

So long as you haven't abused promotional offers you shouldn't have any problems and if you aren't sure why they are saying that call and speak to someone as there live chat is harder to get a direct answer from but if you call and ask to talk to a supervisor they are always really good.

Try going to live help and asking for Natalie or Nicole the supervisor they are awesome! I believ Natalie is a Weekend night shift manager if you are ib U.S. time

Boycott the Casino Rewards Group, they hold you to ransom. I have $40 worth of bonus credits that are 'suspended'. I have deposited more than $100 into various casinos in the group and feel it is adequate.

I urge everbody in this forum to go and play at other casinos who are more fairer and friendlier.

The casino rewards group is one of the fairest groups around. in case you aren't from this planet- many of the Microgaming casinos are having trouble with the rewards program right now. be patient, if you have points you will be able to claim the when the dust settles from the separation of the usa from the rest of the world

Sorry you feel that way jlatter, thankfully you are in the minority. Most people think Casino Rewards is one of the best groups. I am sure if you contact them, they will be happy to help you out.

this don't have anything to do with the loyalty points but is a story of how cool the casino rewards group is. A couple months ago my mom had been playing with a few of their casinos and was double charged for a couple of her deposits. Meantime she had won like $300 and cashed out but something happened with her deposit and got sent back to her account.

Well, 1st off, they worked out the overcharged deposited amounts and finally got them credited back but i think what had happened is that they couldn't credit her card or bank back so they put the money in her account.


I can't remember the total details but to make the long story a bit shorter, because of all of the inconvience that had happened, they gave her a $30 free chip which she won the $300 from, sent her they withdrawal money along with her re-credited deposits and once that hit, they also doubled that amount for another payment on purpose and sent her email and told her it was for all of the inconvience that had happened.

So essentially, she got 2x $300 plus 2x her re-credited deposits back.

That was pretty cool in my book. I used to play there alot myself, but since raising the minimum deposit, i rarely play there anymore.

Love to hear those things that never get mentioned. Players are quick to complain sometimes about bad experiences (at any casino) and rarely post the good ones.
