These are NOT my pictures, I got them through the email but thought I would share them with anyone that is interested in seeing them.[ I just can not imagine having to go through this! I know that some of you have gone through it and my heart goes out to you!

Its just horrible what those poor people are going through, so many have lost their homes. My heart goes out to them.​

and let's not forget the tornado that rippedt thru Parkersburg, Iowa destroying a town and killing 8. and the 4 Boy Scouts who died in a tornado in western Iowa.

Cedar Rapids isn't the only town that is flooded.. parts of Cedar Falls and Waterloo are also... I personally know people who have lost everything.. including their house..

In the town that I live in.. we have been very very lucky ( we have had road flooding and we have had to closed bridges.. and sandbag for some houses that sit along the river and put up with flooding in a school.. which is really good since the Iowa River runs smack dab thru the middle of our town.
