Anyone having problems depositing with casino share?? I had $40 and decided to play $20 only when i deposited it didnt show..sooo thinking i screwed up somehow i tried again and the $40 has been deducted from my netspend card but never showed up in my casino account. I then went to chat and was told that the proccessors were slow today and it should be there in a couple hours. Nope not there so i went back to chat and then was told it was denied? And that i have to wait 24/48 hours for it to show up on my card. This has never happened before. I was also told if it didnt show up in 72 hours to go back to chat and they would investigate. This sucks! I was told to look in my transaction history and it would say pending but all it says is no deposits for this date UGH!!

It doesnt say pending on my netspend and i cant find it at the casino. Can anyone help please?

Good Morning Redfawn,

This use to happen alot to me when I was allowed to play at Grand Privi Casino's your money will show back up on your card in 5-7 days it probably not show up in your casino account. It's no ones fault it's a cyber thing. It sucks but it does happen.

WOW THAT BITES !!!! IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE . HAVE YOU CHECKED THE NET SPEND WEB SITE ACCOUNT HISTORY ???? I WOULD CALLL THEM AND TALK TO THEM !!! SORRY I WAS NOT MUCH HELP !!! GOOD LUCK !!!!!

This used to happen to me back in the Neteller days, it would come out of my Neteller but not show in the casino. I had to call them several times and eventually they credited me but sometimes it took a few days and it was very frustrating, hope thats NOT the case for you Redfawn!

Thank you Mario, I have never had this problem before. I will forward my details to you. I used my reloadable netspend visa and there isnt any pending transactions showing on it. Thank you for your help and thank you to everyone else also.

Just wanted to let all know that the manager from casino share is awesome! They hadnt heard back by Friday about my 2 lost deposits so Mario put a free $25 in my account for the wait!
