well i receive the letter too but nothing and for me the live help say it is a error that i receive that so ...

I got the same emails from gm and cs and nothing in either accounts. I don't mind that I didn't get anything, I just don't like being teased...lol

got one from gm and players palace. nothing there but went to live support and they gave it straight away:slotdude

It wasn't in my account either when I logged in. Went to live support and it was credited in 30 seconds. I played for hours on that $5!

Support told me if you did not made a deposit in last 30 days. you get the free 5...too bad for me i made a deposit in both accounts, casino share and grand mondial casino this month. I did try asking for it but no luck.:hit

Support told me if you did not made a deposit in last 30 days. you get the free 5...too bad for me i made a deposit in both accounts, casino share and grand mondial casino this month. I did try asking for it but no luck.:hit

I made a deposit in the last 30 days also, so guess I'm out too

thanks for answering but i just spoke again to your live help and nothing they say i did not make any deposit so i dont qualify and i feel all that strange to those who deposit they are sometimes refuse for it ??? I was so happy at first to receive that email from you stating that i got a free 5 but no i contact you in every way i could and .. nothing . Imagine i was wanting tonight to deposit as i always play to Villento i was wanted to try yours but now... no really deceive of answer saying you dont have it if you deposit or the other way i did not deposit ...

You were nice to come here explain but still i am deceive but happy for friends who had it with not all the work i did do !!!

Have nice day anyway and please review your way of trying to have more clients because for me i just got to be frustrate for all the works i did do ...

Casino Share has changed a lot. Ever since I withdrew over $2000 I have not been treated like a VIP. Last year they treated me like gold and January 1st 2009, it completely changed, they never respond to my emails, my VIP only response when she feels like it, and we had an awesome relationship. So I just don't get it, they are the ones losing because I won't be playing there like I use to any more. If they want to keep good players they need to have good customer service. My thoughts and no I got nothing and I never win anything from their calender either! Good luck to those that got it!! :slotdude

After I made several deposits a couple of weeks ago I went back to casino share and I was locked out. I called them and they said that they do not accept us players. I had my account for years.
