i deposited 120dollars with this casino after opting into the 200%match bonus they had going on. first they mixed up my account with someone elses name them they refused to honor the match bonus.


play at your own risk, they seem to do alot of false advertising and this ait te firt time it's happened to me. going to call a lawyer in the UK and see about fileing a lawsuit against them for deflamation, false advertising, and whatever its called when they keep puting your account stuff under someone elses name

I'm sorry you had a problem - we all know how frustrating bonus match snafu's can be! And I'm the the US so maybe it's different there, but Casino Rewards itself is not a casino. It's the group promotions area for a bunch of high quality casinos who use Casino Rewards for bonuses and promotions. Most times I've had a deposit match bonus at one of them the points for the cash are put into my Casino Rewards account for that casino. To use them you simply cash the points and the money is put in your account. It is not automatically applied. And to my knowledge there has never been a place to opt in for deposit bonuses. Good luck getting it resolved... and might I suggest calling them? Sometimes chat simply doesn't get the details clear like a conversation does.

So sorry that you are having problems winterlord. I know how frustrating it can be. Can you tell me which one of the Casino Rewards casinos you are having trouble with and maybe a little more detail? This group of casinos is a very trustworthy one and I am sure any problems can be fixed. As labell said, perhaps try calling or emailing support. If nothing else works please send vixen777 a PM and I am sure she will try and help you resolve the issue.

I have this problem myself with that group. When logging into Casino Rewards to claim them points, someone else had beaten me to it and support said I already claimed them. Yeah, I think NOT! They researched it and asked me if my name was (someone else) and if this was my email address. NOPE and NOPE!

We had to change the password, because they linked my rewards account to someone elses along with one of my casinos through them.

I decided its not worth the risk to play there and uninstalled all them casinos.

I have never had any complaints with this group from anyone let me send to my contact and tell her what is happening.
