I use NETeller and they are the best!
I have made some big withdrawals at Simon Says Casino and I had to send a faxback form with a recent copy of a bill and a scanned copy of my id or drives licence. But then then they payed me quickly. I think its good, if a casino dont check anything I think they are quite unprofessional.
