Would the members here like it if I was able to set up cashback weekends on your casino loses for certain sponsors here at Streak Gaming?:bravo

Okay, deep breath. So this is going to be kind of a long rant, and that's the reason I've resisted posting about it. But this thread is too much temptation for me to ignore! So I have to let it all out! I'll try to be as concise as possible. :think

This casino is a long time sponsor, and I have been playing with them over 10 years, well before I was a Streak member too! In the last year, I get the suspicion that they are under new management or something, because our relationship has changed so much. For instance, after a couple of losses they would toss me a free chip. Then all of a sudden, I got the line "Your account is not eligible at this time." some automated responses like strangers, no longer warm and fuzzy. Okay, took me awhile but I adjusted it was generous of them in the past, so I just move on.

Recently, I was playing a large chip and made the playthrough. Now, one of the reasons I play at this casino is because I thought they did not have max cashouts on their freebies. I was wrong, my fault. Read the fine print. I thought I was on my way to a 2900 cashout, but got 500 instead. Okay, I adjust to that--like I said my fault. Now, I have deposited over the years probably over 15,000 at this casino, and I have had VERY few withdrawals. Again, mostly my fault because I get greedy!

So, I'm a VIP here and they have been giving me 50 percent cash back on my deposits. Well, after I apply for the withdrawal I am informed, that I am no longer eligible for cash back deposits. Now they are basing it on recent activity or some nonsense. I thought I got the cash back bonus because I was a long time player and VIP! So basically, it's what have you done for me lately. Because new players and more recent sign ups (some of whom I could be responsible for because I have endorsed this casino many times on the boards) are now ironically given equal or higher status than myself. Loyalty counting for nothing. I have had dialogues with them and suggested that they must be under new management or something. I don't know, it's just NOT the same casino of a year ago.

Speaking of this deposit--which I seem to have gotten penalized for. It took over 2 weeks to get the money on what is supposed to be their "speedy" system. Meanwhile, I am playing at a new sponsored casino, getting 25 percent cash back and have already withdrawn 500 which took less than a week. I'm still playing at the old casino, but making small deposits and I'm trying to wean myself from them completely. They have just become a bad habit and the benefits have been few.

P.S. To be fair I must add that sometimes the cash back bonuses were 75 and 100 percent, and there was no deposit minimum.

Hi Lucky I can promise this group is not under new management BUT they have made some differences with promos etc... I mentioned this to them in London about how they are not being as generous as before & think they
had to make changes to players not as good as yourself becoming abusers of the system.

Thank you Vixen, I know I'm being prideful, but if I don't earn it on my own merit then forget it. I sent them the thread and that's it for me.
