Cash on Delivery!?

I play at this casino which is good, but not one of the affiliates. The other day I had some luck, cashed out $400. Now I had the option to select "cash" or "check," so I selected "cash," believing that it would be a check made out to cash.

Lo and behold yesterday I get a fat stuffed envelope delivered via certified mail with $400 in $20 bills!! ROTFL If I knew I was really getting cash in the mail I would have been a nervous wreck waiting for it!

Have any of you ever gotten cash from an online casino?
