Can't log into Micro's

I tried to log into 3 different casinos and got a message to contact CS and quote ref# 107- anyone else having this problems?

Did you get hold of them and ask them what it means? That would be the first thing to try! :chrs

Yes I've had that.... it was because I am in the US, in a state that borders KY... I had to prove with a scan of my driver s license that I do not reside in KY..... no big deal they unlocked my accounts as soon as I sent the proof.:rndr

I sent in my docs to some of the MGs I play at, and I'm STILL blocked (although they say I'm unblocked)...and I live in Iowa!:mdht

Ouch that's awful. I got blocked at Intertops and All Jackpots, but they accepted my documents and I'm in.... I can't even get INTO the sight of Belle River nor any of that group ;( even though I had acounts there, they won't let me re download. Thank heavens for the rest of them though.:chrs

Well cripes, now I'm blocked from Online Vegas! I downloaded from our banner and set it up, but when I click on promotions in the software it says "sorry we don't take customers from Kentucky" I'm in OHIO duh Website is the same way.... oh well thank heavens I hadn't deposited !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
