The Buckeye State is preparing for a full launch of Sports Betting in 2022.
Caesars Sportsbook, the Sports Betting arm of Caesars Entertainment, has partnered with the Cleveland Cavaliers as the
launch of Sports Betting in Ohio moves ever closer.

Through this deal, the operator will become both the official Sports Betting and official casino partner of the NBA franchise. As part of the agreement,
the two brands will work together to produce a retail sportsbook at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Construction will begin soon,
with the launch expected by the end of 2022.

For Caesars’ leadership, deals such as these mark important steps in growing their brand.

"We're ready to welcome Ohio sports fans into the Caesars Sportsbook Empire, while also making history with our second
sportsbook at an NBA arena," said Chris Holdren, Co-President of Caesars Digital.

"As we prepare to launch Sports Betting in Ohio later this year, this wide-ranging partnership enables us to connect with the Cavs' passionate
and highly engaged fanbase. Caesars Sportsbook at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse will be a first-class venue providing an exciting
atmosphere for Sports Betting and more."

As part of this agreement Caesars will gain access to all Cavaliers' marks and logos. Content by the operator is also set to be produced
across the NBA team’s digital and broadcast platforms.

As noted by Holdren, Sports Betting is likely to launch in the Buckeye State at some point in 2022. The journey to legalization was a long one in Ohio,
with the process finally being confirmed when Governor Mike DeWine signed the state’s Sports Betting bill into law on December 8, 2021.
