Does anyone else think this is a total scam?

Yes this was there reply,
They state it was 10 paylines which is still bad in my opinion, i mean why put the spins on a 30 line slot if they only intend to pay 5 paylines, why dont they put the spins on a 5 line slot, i find it very misleading


i wrote back saying i only had 5 paylines,
just waiting for there reply

Well they said the 10 lines was a typo it was ony 5 lines afterall.

Does anyone else think this promo was deceitful or is it just me

whats to stop them next time just paying on 1 payline on a 100 line slot, i could understand it if it was a free or ND offer or even if they stated it was 5 lines in the terms but it wasnt and they didnt.
Ive played at the palace group for years and until now have always been a good place to play but now they have lost a customer.
