Hi!

I cashed out on the bonus today! I just want to know if the thing with the Club World Group is the same for

Buzzluck Casino, as far as your verification, id, etc. as Club World. You know, if you have your paperwork on file for one,

its on file for all. I ask because of the different software.

This is my first withdrawal from them and I am assuming it is the same.

I also chose ACH, I hope those are working ok!


$405.00 before bonus deduction and fees!!!

Hoping it goes well!

Any comments?

Weesie congrats! I also have heard the same thing as you. Once on file, its on file for all in their group. I could be wrong but I believe you shouldn't need anything for Buzzluck. Good luck on your cashout!

I did have to send in my bank card.................. also............ I forgot my drivers license expired yesterday. So

I had to send that in as well. I got my new one last week and didn't think about sending it anywhere!

So far Buzzluck has been very helpful and very quick to respond to my e-mails.

I hope the withdrawal goes as smoothly!

So, my withdrawal sits in the cashier for 48+ hours.

I have had several communications with the cashier over the last couple of days, so, I thought

things were going well.

They requested new copies of my debit card(sent) and I sent my new drivers license.

They then wrote wanting me to verify the bank was the same as the one I used in 2009 and have since.

I wrote back, yes, it is the same.

This morning I get a decline in my e-mail. With the comment """If you have not already received personal contact

from us detailing the reasons for this please do not hesitate to get in touch.""

I went back into the casino software and re-requested my withdrawal, this time through "pay-my-card"

and called support.

She said the did not receive my reply about the bank question. She said it is fine now that we have spoken

and she will e-mail the cashier (I have already done that) and it should be fine now.

Sure, it is..............

If BuzzLuck is under the ClubWorld umbrella, why the problem? I have been a patron of theirs for YEARS

and have cashed out many times.

club world is a great group, I'm not sure why you are having so many problems.
I'm sure you will get it soon dear. keep us updated please.

If this is your first withdrawal from this casino it makes sense. I am sure any further withdrawals will go smoother now.

It would make more sense if it were not in the CWC group. I know everything SAYS they are a part of the CWC group

but, they sure do act like they are not.

The thing that gets me is they waited until Friday! Now, it is going to sit in the cashier all frickin weekend.......

I have an account with all of them....I had a withdrawal at All Star and they did says after my paper work was received I was clear for all club world casinos....had withdrawl a bit later with lucky red and they said my paperwork was all set...just be sure to let them know the other casinos you have accounts with when you submit the paper work

Yeah I had a withdrawal from a freebie from one of their casinos (can't remember which one) and I hadn't deposited. I had to remind them that I had the Id on file, it was fine after that.

I wish I could say this is still true.

My cash-out still sits in the cashier as "pending". I spoke with customer service on the phone this morning.

She said the cashier intends to get to it tomorrow. So, that is a week from the original withdrawal date.

I got an e-mail this morning, stating "Sorry for the delay, but, we are very busy in the cashier today."

I wanted to write back, "Yeah, well, if you would have sent it to processing on Friday, you would not have

my withdrawal along with all the others from the weekend today." BUT, I didn't!

You realize they are on a different time zone than us, right? Just because it is afternoon or early evening where you are does NOT mean it is the same where they are. :think

Judy? This is weesie! I have been playing on line for years! Yes, I know the time zone thing. THAT is why I try to

take care of this stuff FIRST thing in the morning, when I know they are there!

Sorry, but boy, sometimes you guys go out of your way to make people look stupid.

We people do everything in our power to help members, we love it that is why we wake each day and jump on the pc, not to have some bitter person go off and disrespect us!

The casinos are under the same group but since this is a different side of the RTG software it is set up with a different 'embrella' company so therefore they have different processors.

I can't understand why you need to create all this drama over a FREE chip win and also why you could not just simply come to me in a pm and say.... Hey can you ask your contact what is happening!
I would have been happy to help. Just because they are all in the same group does not mean there are not protocols for each casino, it's the way of things so just accept it or don't play in their casinos anymore.

This group is stable and there are no issues other then having a bit of patience.

Well, I usually like it too. Why do you think I come in here and posts jokes ALMOST EVERY FRICKIN DAY....... to try to liven up this place! Look through the pages in the chat thread..... how many I have and how many comment on them. It's you guys, the bosses and a few others. That's it. People don't come here for the forum, they come to see what YOU can get for them for free and then they leave. They don't want to be a part of this community, they just want what you can get for them.

i just read this thread. I had no clue. Seems like you all have been working with gamblers long enough to handle a rant a little better than this!

Your all intitled to your own opinions. I think that we have all been handling gamblers long enough to get earn more respect then this and as I said Judy does not need to be talked to in this manner. Weesie will be back in a couple more days and hopefully she is cooled down.
