House will be full tomorrow, so need to get some cleaning done. Not going over board on that mainly because there will be more kids' here than adults. LOL

You don't even want to know how much I have to do between today and tomorrow! These holidays wear me out! At least 18 people to feed.:turkeyday

Black Friday will be sleep Friday for me (if such a thing is possible).

Urgg spent yesterday and today shopping for all the food. Tonight I will start some cooking then spend 8 hours tomorrow on my feet cooking everything else. By the evening I am usually completely shot to hell! I dont ever really sit to eat and usually end up enjoying the leftovers the next day! :trk:trk

I hear ya Carey. I'm whipped already.:redI still have 7 more pies to finish and 10 cheese cakes. And then I will have to roast one of the turkeys tonight and one of the hams. Tomorrow will be crazy. Another turkey and a ham plus all the rest of the fixings.

Holy cow cas, I made a pumpkin pie, dinner rolls and have an apple pie in the oven, then I have a fruit salad to make and some more dinner rolls and I am already exhausted. So glad my kids will be doing the rest tomorrow, I think it would kill me :mad98u4984

All I have left to do is the second batch of dinner rolls. Why another batch you may ask? Because my son came over and ate some of the ones I had ready to go, lol. Gotta have lots of homemade rolls for dinner!

Hearing how much cooking you are all doing is almost making me glad that we don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but boy the food sounds good, wish I could just be transported over to someone's place for dinner, I would love to have pumpkin pie, I have never had it. Don't wear yourselves out too much girls!

I actually made 12 pumpkin pies altogether and an apple because I have a grand daughter and her boyfriend who love apple pie. Believe me it's not too much. Friends and neighbors stop by for coffee and dessert after dinner. And the turkey and ham goes into other meals.Believe it or not all the pies ,cheesecake and the lemon cake I made will be gone by tomorrow night! My house is a mad house on holidays!
