Bonuses or No????

I debate this question all the time prior to making a deposit to play .... Do I deposit using a bonus or not?!?!

Although the bonuses do give me extra funds to play ... there is usually a playthrough requirement that comes with that. Then I think .... if I just so happen to be fortunate enough to win an amount that puts me ahead a bit >>>> I can't withdraw until I meet the requirements!

But then I think ... the bonus money would allow me to either play longer, or bet higher than normal (for me) to win more per payline thereby getting me closer to the playthrough quicker!

As a result, I sometimes use the bonuses .... sometimes not! (more times not >>> UNLESS it's a no play through requirement, hassle free bonus of course. Then I'm all over that!!!)

Soooooooooo what do you tend to do? Use the bonuses or not?

I posted a question like this a couple of months ago, because I too wonder what's best. I've gotten a lot smarter by reading here at Streak what to watch for.... I tried to play RTG's without the bonus, but never seemed to get anywhere, finally I realized my deposits are for two things, yes I want to win and cash out, but I also play for the fun and entertainment. Because the bonuses allow me longer play time I tend to take them. But I do read them firs,t and if the playthough multiplier is too large I simply go elsewhere... I have found for me the lower match percentage is easier to make the playthough, and the ones with no limit enable me to make smaller deposits and hopefully hit large enough to play long enough to make the playthrough.

I hardly ever take the bonuses at RTG's.. I will once in awhile at Rivals and with Micros it depends on which casino.. some I believe are easier to meet the playthru requirements on

I usually take bonuses if I want the money to last, but sometimes I just deposit with no bonus and when I do that I never hit anything at all! Do you notice that you usually can hit when using a bonus but as you try to meet the playthru requirements you lose it all???yellarghh​

It all depends on my reason for playing.

Am I just trying to kill some time?
Am I chasing a big random?
Do I just need to de-stress and have some fun?
Am I trying to make a little extra money?
DO I want to enter a contest and support a friend's board?

I always take the coupons when I am chasing a random. You know you will make playthru if you get the random!

If I am trying to make a little extra money; I do not take the coupon. I want to "hit n git"!

If I want to de-stress; it depends on the terms of the coupon. If there's a max cashout; I generally won't use it...because who wants to hit big
and not be able to collect it ALL!?

In the last few yrs.- since the playthrough requirements have gone thru the roof- I NEVER take the bonus!!

For me, I don't like to be told what games I have to play, for one and if my funds are low, I may wanna cashout a couple hundred bucks

thank you for that I am with you totally. I never win when I don't claim any bonuses but I do win some with bonuses and play until the money is gone...What I need is lady luck maybe...I am a lady although.
