Rich Reels banking page is having issues and I lost a $20 transaction in the process. Support said,my card will be credited back within 3days but never got casino acct. credited.

This happened once at Blackjackballroom and it took 3 weeks for their processor to return my money.

Rich Reels however, was very awesome and gave me a $30 bonus for the hassle.

Don't know how QT or other methods are working, but CC are having problems.

Sorry there are some banking issues right now hon. However, I hope you all realize that those problems are with their money processors and not the casino? They have to go through the same things we do to get the money and pay the money. So if your money takes a while to get credited back it is not because of the casinos

yep i had the same problem at villento tonight, i deposited 200 then 100 and it is all mia,this is the second time in a couple of weeks.hopefully they get this fixed soon i am itching to play.

same happened to me and support gave me 35.00 woohoo i only made a 21.00 deposit....won the villento contest and could not wait to play so thought i would make a small deposit while i waited

Don't get me wrong, I know its not the casinos fault. I love playing here and they have great support! Just giving everyone an FYI what they might encounter. I hope they have the processors working for CC by now.
