Online casino games and solutions supplier Bally Technologies Incorporated has announced that it has formed a new business division to encompass its mobile, Internet and social initiatives and complement its more traditional lines.
Las Vegas-based Bally is a developer of slot, video machine, casino management and server-based solutions for the global gaming industry and revealed that its new Bally Interactive branch will offer operators the ability to augment their land-based operations with mobile and online play-for-free and wager-based games.
Over the next year, Bally stated that it will integrate its mobile and Internet solutions into its core casino patron, slot-management and business-intelligence systems in order to give operators a ‘single view of the player’ and enable venues to deliver a ‘powerful experience to their patrons whether they are on the casino floor, at home or on the move’.
“This is a very exciting step in the Evolution of Bally Technologies,” said Richard Haddrill, Chief Executive Officer for Bally.
“As gaming expands outside the casino floor, our technologies will enable casino operators to reach their patrons wherever they are, bringing the casino to the players and bringing players back to the casino.'
