bad morning

first time i played at intertops and couldent find the money id put in the casino stupid me dident know it goes into a chip transfer thing so took me an hour to sort that then lost in about 10 mins lol

then went on gaming club lasted a bit longer about 30 mins lets hope i can do better later on

its not getting much better check this

Keisha: Your account was closed by our Casino Administrators until the issue with the Chip Transfer issue is resolved

Keisha: There was an issue last night were transfers were duplicated

Keisha: all accounts that were affected have been closed until the matter is rectified

this is just my luck :eek:hmy

this is what im thinking if they payed to much they should void the bets and recredit people

I wouldn't worry about it, if it was an honest mistake they will clear it up and things will be fine. It is nothing personal, all about security

Next time you come across a problem like that (Not knowing where to put the info in or something) either ask their support, email the casino or come here and ask someone for help. It will save you a lot of headache and grief and that is what we are here for!! :cheers

account is still closed sent them an email asking why they havent even sent me an email telling me what the problem is as i was hoping to play later now i might have to choose another casino to play at

I had problems with the chip transfer when I first deposited also, had no idea what was going on, hope they sort it out for you soon hon

okay will do im a bit happy now just droped a line of notes on break bank £37 on a 9 spin that should keep me busy while i wait for them :woohoo

I also had a problem figuring out the system of buying chips. Sounds like they'll fix it for you - they're really reliable!
