I don't think we need to go to the extremes of getting rid of cell phones. I think they are a necessity at times. I have a prepaid one that I take with me anywhere I go in case of an emergency. However, I believe in regulations on them Duckey. I do not think people should be allowed to drive while talking on them. Any time someone is driving and being distracted by anything, there is a danger.

They passed the law in CA. Jan. hand free cells only! And then another- no texting while driving!! I lmao at that one! I can't text in a room by myself, let alone while driving!!!

I was fine without one, but when my life situation changed, I had to get one. And it's a good idea to have one when you go out, or whatever. Somone can always leave you a message, even when you turn it off.
