if you come accross this casino, avoid it at all costs please. I registered several days ago and got $10 free bonus. I was lucky enough to win it up to $300. I tried to make a withdrawal, then livechat said the free bonus can't be withdrawn. In their term and conditions said that bonus money is not withdrawalbe, any winnings made from the bonus money are subject to wagering and withdrawal rules. Livechat told me that free bonus can't be withdrawn and winning can't be withdrawn also. What the point for giving us free bonus? to waste our time? this is the new topgame casino and yet having bad impression already

this strikes me as odd... at least (as some other topgaming casinos do) they can allow you to deposit, and then after you have met the deposit bonus wagering requirements cashout your winnings.

Thanks for the advice!:red

Sorry to hear about your experience. However this is the reason why you should always read the Terms & Conditions/Rules before playing at any online casino - in fact any form of online gambling.

I read their term $ conditions. There are no part saying winning from free bonus can't be withdrawn.

You have to be very careful about casinos that pop up out of nowhere and start emailing you offers without you signing up hon. That means they had to have bought your email for a list somewhere. Makes them pretty shady usually! :red

aguy said it straight!

After plalying online for a decade, give or take... I wanna know what the rules are, or if I'm just playing "fun" or worse!!

I either email, call or talk to live chat, so I know what the deal is!!!

Be Grateful you didn't hit a JACKPOT!!! They are few and far, it would suck to hit and not get your money!!!

Cheers and happy gaming,
Liz
