Land-based casino systems supplier Aristocrat Leisure has announced that last week’s deals in the United States are evidence that recent investments in new systems and technology is ‘paying off’.
The first week of October saw the Australian firm sign a deal to assist the new Maryland Live! Casino property near Baltimore in premiering a fully-branded play-for-fun virtual casino early next year alongside a second similar agreement with Michigan’s Island Resort and Casino.
“In one week we have been able to announce a new major systems contract with one of the largest casinos to open in 2012 and then immediately follow it up with another that will bring our recently released online play-for-fun solution to tribal gaming for the first time,” said Jamie Odell, Chief Executive Officer for Sydney-based Aristocrat Leisure.
