Anyone Win A GSOS Ticket and NOT be in the list?

I won my ticket to the Grand Slam over a month ago and am still not listed in the tournament as a player. Support keeps assuring me via email that I did win, but is anyone else experiencing this??

I won at Platinum Play - so not too worried as they are stable and reliable, I just wish they'd get my ticket in there already.

There are two player lists ranging from A-Z. First is from page 1-48 and then it restarts with A-Z again.

Could not find my name too, it was in the first list and I always looked from the end...lol.

I just went and looked at the list and I saw you on there labell, but not me and I won sometime back in September, going to talk to support now.
