I KNOW Aladdins Gold Casino is considered a trustworthy casino, but I need to know if anyone knows what is going on with them lately, or if anyone else is having any issues winning there.

On my birthday, I got nothing!! Even though I deposit there. That was VERY disappointing. But this week they had that 15% cashback if you don't win. Granted I only depositted $25 (because I have NEVER had a cashout there so I didnt DARE deposit any more!!) but that 15% matters!! I emailed support like you have to in order to get the cashback bonus, and I got NO reply. So I went to live chat..... and just waited and waited with NO response!! see..

Hey, I know what you mean. I have had long waits in chat with CWC.

With the way they are growing (more casinos), I can't help wondering if they are getting TOO big.

So, it is affecting their customer service.

But, then again, I have been getting a "chill" from them since the "black friday" poker incident.

I have been playing at all the Club World Casinos lately but have not tried to get hold of their support. They must be having some kind of issues though. They are a very good group of casinos. I really think that with Micros dropping the US players they may be overwhelmed with US players right now and having problems keeping up.

I've always found them to be understaffed on chat, the entire 3 years I've played there... and no cashouts on weekends too, kind of puts a damper on things. But they are usually reliable otherwise... they have lots of promotions, and are all great places to play...

Hope you get the $$ soon, I know how awful it is to wait to play knowing it's coming...

They do have a method of handing out bonuses. RTG bonuses are different than MG bonuses. The casino actually pays for the bonuses. As for your cashback bonus there was a reason they did not give it too you. I would simply call them to ask.

I guess I am used to them being much quicker in thier responses (as well as chat!)

coffee123, Your right, No they do NOT HAVE to give me a birthday bonus... and all I said was that I was "VERY disappointed" that I did not get a birthday bonus from them.... HOWEVER, when they run a "cashback" promotion and you deposit during that timeframe and DONT win...then YES, you are entitled to the percentage of the cashback bonus they offer you IF you do not win and IF you adhere to the guidelines stated (ie; email support)! Thats the whole reason they have that particular promotion and it states so in the email they send out!
Also, I never said that they lost my respect or that Club World Group has lost my respect. I still deposit at Club World Casino every week, but then again I manage to withdraw from Club World every so often!

Yes, the chat is sometimes slow, but as far as cashouts they are great. My first cashout at their sister <a href="http://www.highnooncasino.com/affiliates/aiddownloadcasino.asp?casinoID=430&gAID=7835&subGid=0&bannerID=8194">High Noon Casino</a> my winnings were in my OT account in 45 min. I just cashout out from Aladdins Gold Casino this past week and it only took a day to receive my winnings. Wish cash outs at other casinos were that quick.
