anyone gotten unlocked at intertops yet

hey all
just wondering if anyone who got locked out of intertops for being on a bordering state of ky and sent in their id and utility bill gotten unlocked yet?
i got an email from allslots unlocking my acct and i never sent anything to them, but i sent all info to intertops yesterday am and am still locked, i called them again this morning for any updates and they are saying call again in 48 hrs and we will let u know if any updates yet......... i deposited there yesterday am (yes, it let me unfortunately thru the website) and have $$ in there, but they have no idea how long it will take to get unlocked........
so just wondering if anyone has gotten unlocked yet and how long it took
