Okay, we have been having some really cold weather this spring. Yesterday it was HOT, today it was even HOTTER. (By Thursday it is only supposed to be in the 50s for a high?)

I have not baked anything for a long time. Well how come TODAY of all days I decided to make scalloped potatoes, oven-baked BBQ chicken and a strawberry-rhubarb pie????? WTF??????? I swear I think the heat is melting my brain cells!

LMAO!!! Its the same on the west side too Judy! This morning was chilly and I turned little heater on for a few minutes and fell asleep and awoke sweating like a mad dog...
Jumped up turned heat off and turned air conditioner on . Brain dead for sure........
But I want summer!!!! Just a little at a time would be nice though..........Stay cool ....
