I have been with Intertops since the mid-90's when they first went on-line (and have been a VIP there since they began the program) and I have very rarely had any trouble there. But today, I tried to log in and received an error message that my sportsbook account (which I use every day) has been "temporarily closed for security reasons". And when I try to run the casino software, it won't even connect, as if the whole system is down. This makes me wonder if this is really an individual problem with my account or if something is going on with Intertops itself right now. I e-mailed support, of course, but have not received a reply yet, which is also unusual as Intertops usually answers all e-mails within minutes.
Strangely, my Royal Joker account is working just fine. I assume Intertops still owns RJ as well?
