Members, pls be careful with this casino. I have been playing there since before Xmas on their offer everday Xmas and finally I decided to deposit USD35 last Thursday and lost it all. Last Friday I claimed the 10 free n managed to fulfill the wagering requirement. Make the withdrawal on the 09/01 and today they locked my account without any explaination. Hi, I play at pretty much all of the Rival casino's. I have put thousands into Ruby Royal casino and a couple of hundred into Tradition casino and last night I was checking out both casino's and both say NO PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE. I don't know why this has happened and I went into Live Chat at Ruby Royal and the Support Person said that he couldn't see why either but that he would send it to Management and see if they could get it rectified. I am pretty upset with them because I deposited in Ruby Royal last week and was supposed to get my 10% Cashback today but now I can't get it because there are no promotions. I am getting really upset at allot of the Internet Casino's and I think I might stop playing them all together. They are building four new land based casino's in my state and I think when they open I will go to them instead.
