This is in response to the raid of the call support center in Serbia...

Hi All,

I have received a statement from GoWild Gaming Management:

First of all we would like to apologize for the inconveniences caused to any of our clients or affiliates, and inform clearly that all withdrawals, deposits and game-play remains flawless and will not be affected at any time. All affiliates tracking data will be restored for our partners and our affiliate program services will be back online shortly.

As part of our objective to provide the best and most reliable services to our clients and partners, our Customer Care and Support Services are managed by a specialized company, who works very closely with our casino management in an endeavor for excellence. Unfortunately, one of their vengeful ex-employee that was recently dismissed (due to poor performance) decided to try to harm and damage the company by using false accusation to the law enforcements.

At the moment they are resolving this matter with their team of lawyers and we hope that very soon they will start providing the best services possible as they have done up to this point.

In the meantime, we advise all our customers to keep enjoying the games and software, as well as our banking services for all their financial transactions. Effectivement cette affaire fait beaucoup de bruit en France puisque tous les forums nous déconseillent purement et simplement de ne plus jouer au Goldwild.
Ils disent aussi que ce casino a été perquisitionné et que la répression des fraudes été sur le point de fermer ce casino. Quant est-il exactement ?
Signalons quand même qu'il est impossible de parler avec eux par le tchat et qu'ils ne répondant pas aux émails des clients !!!

J'ai un contact en Serbie qui dit que beaucoup de filles de soutien s'assoient toujours dans la prison et il n'y a eu aucune libération de la presse ou de la police pour dire que c'est un malentendu. Il y avait une très longue enquête avant le raid et les arrestations!

c'est vraiment dommage car gowild est vraiment mon casino preferé ils me donne des bonus a chaque depot en plus des bonus habituels et il mon toujours payé mes gains. Personnellement je dis qu'ils sont honêtes

Ce que dit wyldgirl est vrai car les dernières informations que j'ai lu sont les mêmes...................Le casino est fermé même si il fonctionne encore sur le net, il n-y a plus personne dans les locaux........................!!!!

Je pense pour ma part qu'il faut arréter de déposer tant que les choses ne soient pas rétablies...................!!!!:coffin55887

bonne nouvelle gowild va réouvrir enfin je pense car hier j'ai recus un email de vipmanager ils m'ont offert 10€ donc il y a bien un service qui fonctionne encore
