Everyday you read more and more about this company... I work for on a part-time basis for the Homeless, we go on the streets looking for them late at night, to place them in safe shelters and feed them, all to do it again the next night. On occasion we receive bonus for our work, not alot mind you as it is a non-profit agency, maybe somewhere like $250 a year or so, last year we all and I mean the wa lhole staff turned our bonuses down in order to better serve our community, this year also we have requested no bonuses and to have those monies put towards the shelters and food pantries as our community will be in greater need this year, as all our communites will.

Then this FRIGGING AIG COMES ALONGGGGGGGG. OMG, i get so angry when i read about these people. I adore our President and I hope and pray he does something about this.

I am not rich, I have a few dollars a month to gamble with, and maybe a little dinner out. I put $ away for emergencies, for my childrens collage, a litle something in the boys piggy banks, and do my thing with bills. But I find myself putting away my gambling money in my emergency pot and not going out to dinner as much, you know just in case. I'm so baffled with this company AIG do they not see what is going on in our country??? Or are they just so frigging arrogant that they don't care anymore???

Titanic, I applaud you and all the others for your unselfish acts of love toward humanity. I can see how truly devoted you are to your work (it shows in all of your posts hon)

Things are sooooo unstable right now that I do not even want to go on about the bad things. Life has a way of balancing out! Just concentrate on the good things!

Thank you Judy for the kind words, it is how I try and live my life, I just get so angry when I see these things, and truley wonder how people sleep at night..

I just know in my heart of hearts that AIG will NOT get away with this. I really do believe that human compassion is on the rise and that the American people just WON'T stand for this .... simply for the reason of humanity.

AIG should hang their heads in SHAME for what they've done!
