? about Club World Withdrawal

I am very frustrated, so I have to ask if anyone else has run into this problem.
I have been playing at Club World Casino for years... so of course they have all my documents and I have nothing "against" them obviously because I still play there even though I have never won big there!!
I submitted for a withdrawal Friday and was surprised when it was not in QT Saturday morning.... even more surprised when it was not there Sunday morning But completely shocked when I contacted support and they told me that they "don't process withdrawals on the weekends" .......since when??!!! Now it's been quite a while since I submitted a withdrawal with them but I feel as if they have been waiting on it because it's not a big withdrawal... and to add insult to injury... they tell me Monday is part of the weekend!! Anyone else have this happen to them?

They've never done withdrawals on weekends in the year I've been playing there.... frustrating especially for wins on Fridays - and dangerous because of the extended temptation time for Mama Hogg!!!!

None of the ClubWorld casinos process on weekends that I know of.... sorry you've run into this!

and have patience and i'm sure they will get it processed soon!

Thanks for the replies! I did finally get it this morning!! I was just really surprised because I thought they were one of the faster ones!

They are definetely one of the faster ones but not on weekends. Had you withdrew Monday-Friday then you would have received it within 24 hours.​

True, I could have had to wait much, much longer!! I honestly thought I had withdrawn on weekend before I was wrong, obviously! Thanks everyone!

last time i tried to withdraw from a CWC i was asked to submit docs, which wasn't a big deal, i actually was in no hurry atm knowing i hadn't submitted my docs before, but what pissed me off about the situation was when they came back and pretty much shot down every doc i sent them.

I mean they have been the same docs i have sent to other casinos in the recent weeks or months that other casinos gladly accepted, but CWC rejected my CC photo, my drivers license photo, and my utility bill! everyone i sent there was a problem with which they have been the only ones to reject my docs.

needless to say, i stopped playing there and just play at the other RTG's that had no probs with my docs the 1st time.

Well 99.9% of players don't seem to have that problem with them eishagirl so must just have been something you were not doing right. Once you get your documents verified at one of their casinos, you are automatically verified at all their casinos, so I thought it was well worth it!

it was that id was blurry, card not signed on the back, and bill blurry, little isues like that that no other casino i have sent them to.

i hate the run around of the docs anyways, but why were they ok to all others and not them. i don't have the time for the run around sending docs numerous times.

Really Judy??!! Thats nice to know! I was avoiding playing at the sister sites because when i first won it took so long for my doc's to get approved that I ended up playing back what I won!! (I have since learned to NOT do that!!) I think that's great! It definately gives me reason to try my luck at one of the sister sites!! Thanks for that info!
