A few words about Rival/Simon Says casino

And it is all good!....I hadn't deposited at any Rival Casinos for a while, as the games kept freezing up after about 4 or 5 spins, and it took forever just for one spin to finish. I had deposited with Davincis Gold and Paradise 8 in the past, and they still would occasionally put $5 or $10 in my accounts.
After Rival's last upgrade, I tried Davincis Gold again and it worked fine, so I deposited $50, no bonus, and had 0 luck. This was about 6 weeks ago, and I kept seeing where others would find $$ in their account, but nothing for me. I e mailed support and was a little whiney, and pretty much said, "everyone's getting bonuses but me. I seemed to get more bonuses when I didn't deposit"...and so on... Within a few hours, $50 ! was put into my account, with another coupon for $15, with a nice e mail from the manager!
SO...after seeing that Simon Says supports the Streak, I gave them a try. I had intended on entering the contest here, but decided to take the first deposit bonus instead. I played for a while, and really like the new games, as well as my favorite, Metal Detector. Today I received this:

Now this is the way ALL casinos should treat their customers. I am a loyal player now! It doesn't take much, just a little acknowledgement that my patronage is appreciated. There are a few MICROS ( I won't name here) that could really take a CUE from this group. One in particular that I have deposited quite a bit at the last few months, who send out snail mails and e mail offers for free $$$, but none to me, can kiss my gambling $$$ goodbye.
I guess this was more than a few words, but I am just trying to get the word out!

I know they send me these emails all the time after I make deposits they are a great casino, Rival casinos are fast becoming my favorite!:streakchips

Thats wonderful! These rivals are starting to become my favorites too. And I have to agree, I keep finding freebies in my accounts too. I think that is high class, and top notch. Without us players, online casinos wouldn't be in business, so it's really nice when we are shown that we are appreciated!
