A while back I made playthrough and tried to withdraw.. it took forever to process and when I checked my account.. they removed my winnings and never processed my withdrawl?

Did you contact them and ask what the problem was? It sounds as if you may have either used a coupon you were not eligible for or you played games that were not allowed with the coupon. Always make sure you are eligible for a coupon and know the terms and conditions before ever using a coupon. Either way, they should have contacted you with their reasons

I was a depositing player.. and was elgible.. their response was it took too much time to process and after so many days they canceled my cash out request. The funny thing with INETBET is they are not the fastest to respond to inquiries, since they have no live chat and take days to respond emails, if they respond at all. I know that they are a well respected establishment and have heard nothing but good things about the way they conduct business, but they left a "SOUR" taste in my mouth after that incident.
