I do have to admit that support is a little slow to respond but that happens with all new casinos..

i also cashed out the maximum of 152.00 on Nov 7th.
i used usemywallet method and it would have gone to my quick tender account.

i sent 2 emails with no replies. customer service # is not
the number to a casino or this casino and live chat goes
to some website not to a live chat session.

on the 7th i was able to live chat with somebody by clicking
a link inside the casino while playing there. but after cashing out
off the free chip, i have not been able to contact nor have i been contacted by this casino. i tried email, phone and live chat to no avail.

From this experience alone, i would use caution.

Here is the good news

I faxed in my security documents as required, they got them and processed my cashout to my Quicktender on that same day..
I am depositing with them and would highly recommend them.

Remember this is a new casino.. their support is probably overwhelmed and bound to be slow..

I very happy that I was referred here by Vixen7777, thanks! If I was not I would not be able to see some of the problems that you guys are having.

Yes, we are completed unindated with support requests, and withdrawal requests and are having an interesting time finding our feet but most importantly is that I agree with all the good, of course ;-), and the bad comments made here. Some bad points have already been addressed and as I read this thread I submitted all the technical issues to our cleaver people and the bad supprot calls to our call center manager with a few stern words of advice.

So guys....and gals, I hope it only gets better as we truly appreciate our players and affiliates and hope to treat you in a manner which you deserve.

I will visit this thread regulary to ensure that we show and prve to everyone that we mean business and our service levels will show that..

I do not think my comments was ill natured at all. I wanted to post my experience. When or if I am contacted, I will gladly send in documents or whatever is needed. I will send out another email and see what happens.

I will be the first in line to post on the contrary when this is resolved.
Since so many people won off the generous bonus, they probably are back-logged. After a week without corresponence, I posted my experience.
