Thanks crystallynn1973, I havent heard of this
casino, let me do alittle checking.

I ask to the live support and they told me that is valid only for english citizens that use £ (pounds) for playing:laugh

This place is not good Streakers, they have been having serious complaints and you all know that they are part of 888 now right?

:strkcpJust an FYI, not critiscising anyones knowhow on casinos but as a British Citizen, William Hill is one of our most renowned bookmakers in this country along side the likes of Ladbrokes, Coral, PaddyPower and Bet365 etc. So no offence to all who think different.zippedlips
Just thought this information may be useful, although i havent heard of this deal either.
For all those who don't ike the sound of this offer, Ladbrokes now offers £25 no deposit for all new players

I registered and went to live help. They credited the bonus immediately and I am a Canadian playing in CAD (if that helps anyone lol)

Dizzy I have been in this biz for yrs and travel to London 2 times a yr at least and have been to many conferences and many of us long time iGaming business folks all have the same concerns with the partnership of Cpays and William Hill and since the sale things have gone down hill. Have a look here at meister and as I said do some research.. If you want to play there that is great and I am glad your happy, I am not recommending this casino to anyone here at the Streak meaning if you deposit I will not and cannot help you out if there are any issues.

Cheers !

I 2 had the same problem but with a chat with support I got the $30 in CAD $:cheer

i played at will hill for years, but never made a cashout until recently, thats when the problems started, to cut a long story shorty it took me about 3 weeks and 20 emails to finally get paid, will people get paid yes i believe so,being one of the UKs leading bookmakers, but they seem to have shot themselves in the foot by moving to Playtech and cpays, if you play just expect problems,

i noticed vixen put a link for the meister, here is another about someone who took the 30 nd bonus and is having problems,
please remove if not appropriate

Thanks for this info Vixen. Never would have seen these writeups if you did not point me in this direction. No1 bookmakers they maybe but apparently no1 casino they certainly are not. I don't argue with meister and more importantly I don't tell streak how suck eggs.
However, in my defence the comments I posted earlier in the thread were spoken for there renowned reputation within british bookmaking. I had never been member of there casino or poker, but, have used there bookies. So on that note I will from now on refer back to meister for further information regarding any casino which I have no real knowledge on.:hug

as a British Citizen, William Hill is one of our most renowned bookmakers in this country along side the likes of Ladbrokes, Coral, PaddyPower and Bet365 etc.

Unfortunately William Hill chose to merge (buy out) CPays, which FYI operates Playtech casinos that are dubious & borderline rogue.

It seems that Will Hill have for some reason kept the old casino support team. Which have been up to their old tricks of misleading players and general shenanigans.
Why William Hill merged with CPays is beyond me:hit IMO all they've done is risk their 70 year solid reputation on known clip joint casinos which is going to pull Will Hill down if they don't do something quickly.

Even the £30 no deposit offer is dodgy...
The offer does not say you have to be a British Citizen. It's not until people sign up that they are informed about this rule.

If William Hill want to preserve their integrity and reputation then they need to change the way this casino does it promotions. Because the Free £30 no deposit is scammy & all so typically CPays.

Cheers
