I got that too. I thought, cool, I can finally play at one of my old casinos. Until I tried to log in and I was blocked. I talked to support and they said I can't play because I live in Illinois.

Then, why did they send it to me??? grrrrrrrr!

We don't know that the code is the same and we don't know that the code is sent to everyone, I didn't get one for example. We do NOT condone private code passing on this forum it is against our rules and we will take action if your caught doing this.

Sorry to be so harsh but this is the way casinos are scammed and bonuses are abused it makes it so the ones that do deposit and are honest end up getting punished for something they did not do.

For those of you who were locked out when you tried to login to the casinos, maybe try uninstalling the old casino software on your computer and go to VegasVIPLounge.com and install the new casino software. Then login with your regular casino acct. #'s for Vegas Slot & Grand Hotel. That's what I did and I didn't have any problems. I don't know if it will work but it might be worth a shot? Good luck.

I had a similar problem with fortune lounge casinos. I run Linux on my laptop and when i tried to log onto the flash casino, it said my account was locked but I can log on no problem if i use a different computer, which is running windows.....very strange!!!!

Not sure how i found this out, definitely not from fortune lounge support who told me that my accounts were definitely not locked out!!! !

I think i used to try and log on every once in a while and luckily enough I was using my dad's laptop at the time.

(hope that doesn't sound too techie....believe me, it was my boyfriend who installed it!!!grrrr)
