One of the favorite Christmas songs sung by children in School Christmas Pageants is The 12 Days of Christmas. All those gifts you get every day leading up to Christmas, how fun would that be. Of course I have never been fond of the old version. Those presents are a little much don't you think. Who wants seven swans a swimming? Or Eleven Pipers Piping! I mean please, give me one DIAMOND RING, lol.

So I thought maybe we could all write a new version of the 12 Days of Christmas. First what we need to do is find out what everyone thinks would be the best presents. So lets do it this way. I will start by posting about the first day of Christmas and what my true love gave me. Then then next person posts about day two, adding in day one.

Example:

I post:

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, ONE diamond ring.

The the next person would do day two:

On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, TWO pepper shakers, ONE diamond ring.

And so on. Let's see how many times we can get through the 12 days of Christmas BEFORE Christmas gets here!! Feel free to copy and paste any parts you want, lol. This is for FUN not how hard you work, lol
