Completely understandable hon!! And to be totally honest., I too didn't know it was not redeemable until the 31st and had also sent them an email wondering why it said "expired" I think we are all so used to Inetbet Only posting codes for freebies when they are valid!! So you are not alone in sending an email to question that!! I am sure they got bombarded with emails this morning!
Sorry you didn't get a christmas bonus from them., I had a friend who also did not get one. He sent them an email and they replied that he had won a RJ and therefore he won more throughout the year than he lost. Kind of a bummer, because christmas is christmas! I am sure you would have been happy with a $5 or $10 christmas freebie.

I didn't get a Christmas bonus either. I guess it was because I had a withdrawal earlier this month. I almost sent off an email about the New Years coupon but then I did something I almost always forget to do,I went back and read the t&c's.

I did send out one asking why I didn't get a bonus for Christmas and I never got an email back.I love iNetBet even if I didn't get one. They give out enough during the year. It still hurt though.

cas that was my point exactly... and I've been emailing them back and forth today, trying to explain it to them, and have asked them to forward my message to management... They just don't get the difference between a gift which is given freely and a bonus aimed at a selected, targeted clientel... by viewing it as a gift freely given, I was hurt to not be included... but as usual I'm beating a dead horse! lol
