LOL, okay I think it just means that of course you will be bound by some conditions as they do not want to give everyone free money and have them take out $thousands without some terms. They would go broke! The rest I think just means that if you do win, you must deposit $50 and play it through at least 3X before you can withdraw any free money. Does that make more sense, lol. They have awesome games here too!
