This must be a No USA Rival. I couldnot get it to download an so I tried Instant play. I checked the countries in registration and USA is not listed. Oh well. streakrockssss

Sorry Ceks but that is INCORRECT information this live chat person gave you!! I was emailed the banners for the $10 free. I have emailed the manager and will get this fixed ASAP!!!!!

Thanks guys, I was 99,9% sure he was incorrect and that you had a deal with them he didnt know about. Im glad I ge tthe bonus but its totally ok if I dont and they mess up...I just depoist at some toher Rival!

Most of the time live help or other customer service do not know about individual forums deal ceks. That is why we usually stress to ask us and not to contact the casino. :clap

I thought that was the usual get go too. But with CareyG's closing post it kinda stopped that from happening.

Yes thats correct Ceks. I meant problems that players are having due to Rival calling them an abuser or that other stuff that Rival often likes to do to us all when a new casino opens. We have spent so many hours of our time trying to sort out all the problems when new Rivals open thats why I posted that you are pretty much on your own with this casino if any problems come up.First of all, we are not familiar with the owner and dont know him personally and also this month for the Streak is our biggest month of the year and we are all working non stop to get ready for the Halloween celebration so we cannot spend all our time with the Rival problems for a casino that we dont know much about just yet.

The live chat person telling Ceks that he didnt download from an affiliate that had the promotion was nonsense and of course I would help any members that had that exact problem!​

Just an update Ceks...the manager got back to me and I sent a copy of the chat. She promises to get this taken care of ASAP. Thank you for bringing this to my attention! ;)

Are Royal Appollo like all the other rivals in that they share there support, (apart from sloto)
if so i can see why there are problems, might be wise to try and get hold of a manager from the casino your trying to contact or see if they can get that manager to contact you,
usually when casino's share support the chat person hasnt got a clue what individual promos are running, i have run into these problems time and time again,:grr
