Okay so I received a free $20 and I was playing it for a few hours and had $54. Then suddenly without warning, $10 was sucked out of it. I tried contacting support but it was during their hours when they are not there. I noted the playcheck transaction where it occurred and emailed them about the problem. The actual transaction removing the money didn't show up so I thought it was an error. But noooooo. They purposely took the money out because they meant to give me $10 instead of $20! In the middle of my playing!!!! While I greatly appreciate the free money, I really must question their integrity.

Yeah, same thing happened to me.
Got 20, played a bit and won some on Centre Court, then I logged out with 65 balance, logged in a few hours later and there was 10 missing..
Then I found a mail I got 10 free, so they added the wrong amount.

Now there's only 15 left, gonna play that later tonight, just can't look at the screen too long..

I think maybe worse than not getting any would be their taking BACK 10 of the 20 they "mistakenly" gave... ooh they zing themselves when they do stuff like that - what a way to screw up a great promotional by doing something foolishly un-customer-friendly like that!

I just got my €15 back up to €50 and now its withdrawable, lol.
