Vegas Sky!! I am so angry!!!!

I have been an on-line gambler for 11 years and I always read the fine print!

Today, I deposited 25.00 in my Vegas Sky account and claimed a 100% bonus. I was hitting really good and had my balance up to about $550.00 with all wagering reqs. done.

Believe me, I read all of the rules for the promotion. There was NO max cash out when I took the bonus. Well, once I got up to $550 I went to the cashier. It said I made wagering. BUT, it also said there was a max cash out of 4 times the bonus!

That was NOT there when I read the bonus rules or I never would have taken that bonus!

THEY CHANGED IT AS SURE AS I'M SITTING HERE!!!

I wagered it down to the $100 and racked up as many wagering points as I could. Once I get this withdrawal and play those points, I am going to delete them from my pc.

If you play there, print and copy the rules for any bonus. I wish I had!

I am absolutely flabbergasted that you would post a complaint about a casino (with absolutely no proof mind you) and then when you are asked the one question that I am sure everyone was thinking, you choose to act as if you are above being asked anything.

Vixen spends 24 hours a day sometimes trying to find casinos that are trustworthy and casino specials and casinos to sponsor contests for the members and also all the exclusives that are posted here. These girls work their asses off to get members the best.

This forum is here for people that choose to be here. We care about ALL of our members. No one forces anyone to come here. So if you feel that you are being treated badly, then I suggest you find another forum that will treat you better than all the other members. Hey, maybe you know more than Vixen and Carey do and could go open your own forum. Then you could talk to people any way you choose.

I take your attack on Vixen personally since we are all part of this forum. I know that Vixen and Carey both have bent over backwards for some people and have also bitten their tongues many times when they have been rudely spoken to. They have taught me to be patient with everyone, but I want to tell you right now Ladidi, this behavior is NOT acceptable at this forum. I will ban you if you continue posting these kinds of rude posts, whether they be to Vixen, Carey, myself, or any staff or member at this forum.

I can't believe you feel the need to attack Vixen that way, as she was only trying to help you! As Judy stated below, you won't find any other forum that treats their members the way Streak does! One thing thats for sure is we are like a family here, and we all stick together! First of all Ladydidi I agree with everyone else, you had no right to attack Vixen that way when she asked a simple question, and I think an apology is in order.
Second of all, be advised that any of us admins can and will ban you for further attacks like that, so don't think that Judy will be the only one watching you.
Third.. any bonus I have ever taken at a Rival casino has had maximum cashout applied to it.

I just tried Vegas Sky myself..depposited $50 with a bonus...had the balance up to $2300 and tried to cashout..ofcoarse there was a maxcashout of 5 times the bonus value..

I agree with everything that's been "said" .... an apology is certainly in order here!

No matter how long one has been playing online casinos we sometimes ASSUME that we know what the T&C and/or requirements are with various casinos .... and because we ASSUME, we sometimes end up with egg on our faces because of it. (It's happened to me)

Never hurts to have someone ask the obvious because it's usually the obvious that's often overlooked in many circumstances >>>> and that; my friend; is all that Vixen was doing >>>>> asking the obvious.

I do want to clear one thing up about though. With the Rival Casinos, when you accept a promotion, the T & C's are no longer there. So ladidi I want you to know that once they took your money they did not change them on you. Yes, I believe that is a very good idea. When you go to a casino to play, print out a copy of the rules and T & C's before you play. I never do, but by all means if it makes you feel better, go for it!

The T&C are still there after claiming a promo but you have to click on the active promo to the right again and the deposit methods that came up after claiming the promo will dissapear and the promo T&C will show again and if you have met the wager req. or have to play more...

I'll try to help the situation a little.

For Rival casinos we CANNOT change the terms and conditions through the whole bait and switch method that others have heard about in the past. So if there was a max cashout on that bonus it would have been written in the terms and conditions found in the cashier. The terms in the cashier trumps all generic terms stated on the website. So it is impossible for us to have a bonus without a max restriction and change it after the fact. The same applies for changing restricted games. I get accused of this all the time and it's annoying having to deal with players who accuse, threaten without any proof and go straight to the forums to complain to "get even". If a Rival casino creates a bonus and makes a mistake in setting up the terms we cannot change the bonus, rather we have to cancel the promotion and create a new one. If the promo is cancelled and a player has already claimed the bonus and is playing it then they get to keep that bonus.

Now for ladidi4. I think having a regular bonus with a max cashin of only 4x on a deposit bonus is silly but that's my opinion. I know they didn't change the terms on you though so I'm trying to shed some light on this. I am sure you are upset about this but whenever someone accuses the same to me the first thing I ask them for is a screenshot. Most players don't read the T&Cs for promos but for Rivals I recommend you take a quick peak since it only takes seconds just to avoid any confusion or future disappointment. I try to keep my terms fair.

Thank you so much for addressing this issue John. Please everyone, no matter where you play or what you are playing PLEASE read the terms and conditions. It is especially true if you are going to use a bonus. Those terms are different at each casino and also with different bonuses within a casino. If you still do not understand the terms, ask the casino themselves. Do not use a bonus unless you are sure of the terms and agree to abide by them. The casinos do not want any misunderstanding either, that is why they post their terms for each one.

I have never seen a max cash out at absolute or slotocash.. Of course that doesn't mean there hasn't been one, But I do read the playthru and look for max cashouts. because I won't take one with max cashout As far as them changing the rules to beat you out of a few hundred bucks does sound a little crazy beings if caught they could lose there license or at least a hefty fine. These are some of the most devoted mods and administrators on the net and they work very hard to insure we play at the most reputable casinos on-line. I understand your anger but you must have missed the max cashout post. And as far as slotnuts that I believe was posted by a member and removed as soon as caught by the staff. I assume you know now how close a family the streak is now. Misinformation and rudeness are not tolerated here so if you want to set things straight suck it up and do the right thing and apologize to vixen or leave the best of the best gambling family forum on the net.
