Swedish Apple Crunch 4-5 servings....
4-6 apples
2 tbsp. sugar
crunch:
1 stick of butter or margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped hazel nuts
Peel and slice the apples in thin wedges. Place the wedges in a microwave pie dish and sprinkle/ mix with sugar.
Make your crunch by mixing butter, brown sugar, flour and last hazel nuts with a fork. Spread the crunch mixture over the apple wedges.
Bake at 1000 W. in microwave for 10-11 minutes.
Serve this with Whip cream or ice cream. This is an easy dish to prepare and works well for unexpected company!
