i recently made a cashout at liberty slots in the amount of 4500..1500 in money gram and 2500 in a check..the money gram came thru fine however they charged me 180 to process it.. i received the check in the mail deposited it how ever the bank would not honor it..says insufficient funds..it was a canadian check.. i cntacted support and they said they would look into this matter and contact me within 24 hours,,which came and went..i contacted support again and they told me someone would contact me on monday.. today is tuesday and still heard nothng so i contacted support again and now they want me to send a copy of the voided check to them.. this is ridiculous ..1st of all why am i doing all the leg work since the error is on their part..2ndly dont they have access to this info since the must have an account somewhere showing their banking activity.. i shouldnt have todo their job considering the amount of money i spend here.. i used to love this casino but i think i made my last and final deposit at both liberty and lincoln i feel deceived and have been given the run around and would not recommend them to anyone... ill stick with inetbet.. never should have tried something new

Processing in the states can be difficult , thanks to the governing rules so please be patient I can promise you will get your funds and they will fix this for you..
