i am really not happy w/royal joker today. today is my bday and i spoke w/a rep from royal joker last week before the switch and they said that if i deposited (which i have a ton) that on my bday i would receive a bday bonus, great i thought. well then the switch took place, and i was told today that they couldnt help me and send an email to promo dept, which i had already done early early this morning w/no reply yet, but that support reviewed myacct and said i hadnt deposited yet so i wasnt eligible--- kinda crappy since they just switched a few days ago and i have deposited a ton w/royal joker. hopefully i will get a quicker reply today than i did last week when it took 3 days to answer email
