I just wanted to post this because I have never had better luck through customer care than what I have experienced with Intertops! A couple of months ago I had to change my email and address and like stuff and they got back to me within 5 minutes. (unlike the response I have been waiting for on another casino group- its been a week and I still haven't heard back).
Anyway, today I emailed them with a question about my cc statement. Instead of investigating the situation- they credited my account! I wasn't asking for a credit, they just gave it to me anyway!!
Even though it was a measly $2.00, I send kudos to them!! they rock.
