ICP CARD WITH CASINO REWARDS

has anyone tried depositing at Casino Rewards with their netspend? made a deposit last night at Casino Classic processor stated ICP Gift Mart, but my funds did not credit in my account and CS was not able to help - could someone plse help me - received an email from ICP saying receipt of funds - tried email them but still no answer - Customer Service saying they are not showing a deposit

I am not sure. You may have to wait a few days now to get some kind of proof. Ask Customer Service or whoever you talked to what you need to do now, they should know.

Wow that sucks. I have never had a problem with Netspend and Casino Rewards. But these issues do happen from time to time and its so frustrating. You will need to call Netspend and get an authorization id and then call the casino. its a big pain in the butt and it sucks you have to do it. Good luck with it hon, hope you get it resolved fast.​

thank you all for feedback, I sent ICP an email with the authorization email they sent confirmation my deposit, with it being weekend guess they are off until Monday, sure I will get it resolved, but yes it sucks when your funds are limited for playing. will let you all know the outcome
